2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the CLEMENTINE DEHAYE PRODUCTION website.
The website currently offers printed sheet music for sale and may expand its catalogue in the future to include books, accessories, and other educational or musical resources.
3. Customers
The products are intended for private customers.
Professionals wishing to place wholesale or bulk orders (music shops, distributors, retailers, etc.) are invited to contact us directly at contact@clementinedehaye.com for dedicated pricing and conditions.
4. Prices
VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes where relevant.
Should the business become subject to VAT in the future, prices will continue to be displayed inclusive of VAT.
Prices may be modified at any time. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
Placing an order on this website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the following secure methods:

If payment is declined, the order will be cancelled automatically.
7. Discounts
Automatic discounts apply according to the order total:

5% discount on orders of €75 or more

10% discount on orders of €150 or more
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order provided it has not yet been shipped.
If payment fails or a technical issue prevents the order from being validated, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by email. Any amount already charged will be refunded in full.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Shipping is available within France and internationally, subject to the destinations served by our shipping partners.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, seasonal demand, or customs procedures.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable French and European consumer law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be complete, unused, and in their original condition, suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will only be issued for complete, undamaged products returned in resaleable condition. Incomplete, used, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, using the original payment method.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged or does not match the order, customers should contact the seller as soon as possible and provide supporting photographs of both the product and its packaging.
An appropriate solution will be offered, either a replacement or a refund.
Where the issue results from a seller error or a defective product, return shipping costs may be reimbursed upon prior approval and proof of postage.
12. Legal Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantees provided under French law, including conformity and hidden defects.
Customers are invited to contact the seller with any relevant information (photographs and description of the issue) so that the situation can be assessed.
A suitable solution will be proposed following review of the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website—including books, sheet music, illustrations, and original creations—is protected by French intellectual property law.
